There are many facets when it comes to Architectural Photography. Here at Studio SMW we offer everything to make sure that the entire story is told. We Shoot Interior, Exterior day and dusk/evening, We have the capability to give you aerial photography to really show where your project fits into the landscape of an inner city project.
This is our latest shoot for the St. Paul's Apartments located right across from the Scope on St. Paul's Blvd. This project is important as it is the start to the revitalization of that area of Downtown Norfolk. Here is a dusk shot of the front entrance of the building. This project has many amenities including an outdoor pool with grilling stations, indoor lounge with full kitchen, and a fitness room for guests. It was really important to show this project and its relationship to the city. We flew up 200 feet to get a view of the city in the background. You can refer to our blog on flying drones in controlled airspace. This area is within 5 miles from Norfolk International so a waiver had to be approved by the FAA to fly in this location. The Architect for this project is TS3 Architects.
