Apartment living has changed
Not to reveal my age but when I was renting apartments in College the biggest amenity that you were looking for was whether it had a pool of not. Things have changed a lot from that short time ago. This was very prevalent with my latest Architectural Shoot for the Venture Apartments in Newport News by Venture Realty Group. Not only do you have a beautiful pool with an outdoor cabana and grilling station there are a ton more amenities in this space. The Units are very spacious and luxurious. There are modern conveniences like thermostats and key less entries that can be controlled by your smart phone. There is a beautiful open clubhouse with a full kitchen, data center, pool table, and plenty of lounging space. Have a pet, no problem because there is a pet washing station and a dog park with plenty of space to run. Here are some of the other amenities. Think Tank room, Zen Room, Gaming Room, Private Data Center, 2nd residence lounge, and to top it all off there is a Guest Suite for when you have people in town visiting.
